INFORMATION SECURITY POLICY

Recognizing the importance of safeguarding information, we have established this Information Security Policy to enshrine an organized and sustained commitment to improving information security standards across I-ne Group, so that our customers and other stakeholders can always feel confident when entrusting their information to us.

1. Scope

   The security measures set out in this policy apply to all information relevant to our business operations. The policy defines such information as information assets. Particularly important among these information assets are I-ne Group’s product knowhow and business strategies and the personal information entrusted to us.

2. Information security infrastructure

   We will provide a robust system of information security that commands public confidence by safeguarding all information assets held by I-ne Group in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to information security.

3. Education and training

   We will inform members of I-ne’s Board of Directors and I-ne Group staff about information security and keep providing education and training content as necessary to ensure that members of I-ne’s Board of Directors and I-ne Group staff understand the proper use of the information assets.

4. Contractor management

   We will vet contractors before entrusting them with our information assets and require them to manage the information no less securely than we would.

5. Implementation and continuous improvement

   To ensure that policy is adhered to and that it operates effectively, we will monitor compliance at regular intervals and whenever a major change occurs. We will take swift action to remedy any deficiencies or non-conformities. As part of a cycle of continuous improvement, we will regularly review and update this policy along with other internal rules and processes about information security.
