Our Mission statement reads, “We are Social Beauty Innovators for Chain of Happiness.”
Everyone across I-ne Group, including members of I-ne’s Board of Directors and I-ne Group employees, takes a customer-centric approach. We place customers first in everything we do as an organization. To emphasize the importance of our customers to the company, we refer to them as our Bosses.
We aim to create a chain of happiness that extends to our Bosses (our customers), everyone in I-ne Group, our supply chain partners, local communities, and the planet through our products.
Our mission is to bring happiness to our Bosses (our customers) worldwide by continually striving to build a society filled with chains of happiness through beautiful and innovative solutions.
The source of our innovative ideas and products is our team of creative, independent-minded individuals. Some may not be fond of complying with strict rules and regulations.
However, ensuring rigorous compliance is necessary to bring smiles to our Bosses(our customers).
That is why it is essential for everyone at I-ne Group to fully understand and comply with all applicable rules and regulations.
We must not forget that the freedom to create and excel in our performance comes from strict self-discipline.

We follow the rules. (Legal and regulatory compliance)
- We comply with applicable laws and regulations, with internal rules and processes, and with social norms.
- We always behave in a manner becoming of a member of I-ne Group.

We never tolerate corrupt practices. (No conflicts of interest, insider trading, or corruption)
- We never use the company’s products, facilities, equipment, information, intellectual property, or other tangible or intangible assets for personal gain at the expense of the company’s interest or for any other illicit purpose.
- We understand insider trading rules and take the utmost care in handling I-ne Group’s material nonpublic information. When we obtain, in the course of business, a trading partner’s material nonpublic information, we never trade shares with the company or divulge the information to a third party while the information remains nonpublic.
- When interacting with public officials or members of a commercial trading partner, we never offer or accept gifts or hospitality beyond the bounds of what is considered broadly acceptable business practice. Neither do we use company funds for improper gifts or hospitality.

We never discriminate.(Respecting human rights)
- We never discriminate based on protected characteristics (such as age and sex). We never commit, or do anything that could be misconstrued as, sexual harassment or any other form of workplace harassment or bullying. The forms of bullying and harassment we reject include those known in Japan as “power harassment” (using one’s superior status to harass a subordinate) and “maternity/paternity harassment” (harassing a staff because they are taking parental leave).
- We support a workplace environment that makes diverse staff feel included and respected for their individual characteristics, that promotes safety and wellbeing, and that engages and motivates staff.

We never lie.(Accurate disclosure)
- We disclose accurate information as necessary to our stakeholders, including our Bosses(our customers), trading partners, and our shareholders and investors.
- We never doctor expense receipts or collude in such doctoring. We never submit false, inflated, or fictitious expense reports.
- We never offer the our Bosses(our customers) an excessive gift in return for making a purchase. We do not use deceptive advertising, such as presenting misleading claims about the product or deal on offer.

We respect the rights of others.(Protecting intellectual property)
We take utmost care to safeguard one of our most important sources of competitive advantage-our intellectual property (including copyrights, patents, utility model rights, design rights, and trademarks). We respect the intellectual property of other companies and never use such property without authorization.

We have no dealings with organized crime groups.(Non-engagement with organized crime groups)
We refuse to engage with or accede to any demands from organized crime groups (including those classified in Japan as “anti-social forces”) or any organizations that threaten public order.

We never betray our bosses or friends.(Safety and quality assurance, fair trading, sound information management)
- We engage in fair and open competition. We always ensure that our products and services satisfy the quality and safety standards our Bosses(our customers) expect.
- We are honest, fair, and transparent in our business dealings.
- We take the utmost care in safeguarding commercially sensitive and personal information. We never divulge such information to a third party without authorization, allow the information to be leaked, or use the information for illicit or improper purposes.
- We treat company property with the same care with which we treat our own property, taking great care to protect the property from breakage or theft.

- Embracing our corporate citizenship, we help local communities thrive by actively participating in community engagement programs.
- We avoid wasting the planet’s limited resources. We use as few resources as possible and recycle as much as we can to drive the transition to a sustainable economy and protect the environment.
