QUALITY POLICY
The mission of I-ne Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “we” or “our”) is as follows: “We are Social Beauty Innovators for Chain of Happiness.” We never stop using beauty and innovation to create a chain of happiness throughout the world. This Quality Policy enshrines our commitment to quality in manufacturing and sets out practices to achieve such quality. We want supply-chain partners who identify with our mission to work with us in delivering products that embody high quality standards, that are safe and command confident, and that come with substantial added value. Through such partnerships, we will extend the chain of happiness as far as it will go.
We will follow the Quality Standards in our product design and product management activities. We will keep generating ideas for adding value.
We will comply with all laws and ordinances, actively gather safety information, and apply the information to enhance quality and safety.
We will listen to our boss (the customer) and work to improve the quality of our products, mindful of their impacts on local communities and the environment.
