SUPPLY CHAIN POLICY
Supply Chain Philosophy
The Mission statement of I-ne Group reads, “We are Social Beauty Innovators for Chain of Happiness.” Our Mission is to create a chain of happiness that extends to our Bosses (our customers), business partners, local communities, and the planet through our products and services.
Part of this Mission is to extend the chain of happiness to business partners, as expressed in the following statement:
Extending the Chain of Happiness to Business Partners
To extend the chain of happiness to our business partners, we aim to build mutually respectful and synergistic relationships with partners who share our commitment to innovation and co-creation, enriching the lives of our Bosses (our customers).
Our goal is to benefit not only the lives of our Bosses but also our business partners, their staff, and their families. We will pursue open innovation and build inspiring partnerships to engage in various co-creation initiatives that promote mutual growth and prosperity.
This supply chain philosophy underlies this Supply Chain Policy. We will engage and share this policy with new suppliers as well as with existing ones so that our supply chain contributes to a more sustainable world.
Supply Chain Policy
-
Respectful and synergistic partnerships that contribute to sustainability
While maintaining our contractual and legal confidentiality obligations, we will share ideas and insights with partners to drive innovation that will benefit both parties.
We will select suppliers in an impartial way and with holistic criteria. As well as considering quality, cost, and delivery requirements, we will consider whether the candidate understands and supports our Mission. We will also consider whether the candidate’s business practices align with our strategies for our material sustainability issues. -
Corporate social responsibility
Embracing our corporate citizenship, we commit to supporting sustainability in line with international standards, sustainability-related legal and regulatory requirements, and our sustainability policies (the Human Rights Policy, Environment Policy, and Anti-Corruption Policy).
We also commit to supporting corporate social responsibility in our supply chain. At regular intervals, we will conduct due diligence audits of new and longstanding suppliers, ask the suppliers to address any issues or non-conformities revealed in the audit, and assist them in doing so.
We will also encourage our suppliers to observe our sustainability policies. As part of this, we will encourage them to uphold their corporate social responsibility in their procurement operations and to be transparent in their disclosures.
